Samsung has launched Drive Link , a new application for the Galaxy SIII that allows users to easily access some features of your smartphone while driving. Drive Link adheres to the Japanese Automobile Manufacturers Association , one of the highest standards of safety for the driver in the world.

The application interface is realized by using large keys and menu simple and intuitive that allow rapid access by the driver. The application shows the weather information, calendar events, or allow access to your music library, GPS navigation and phone calls. All incoming messages, e-mails and updates from social networking sites can be read automatically using Text-To-Speech .

Drive Link can also connect to some sisitemi infotainment throughMirrorLink , the new protocol standard for connectivity between smartphones and headunits car belonging to the Car Connectivity Consortium (GM, Toyota, Honda, Volkswagen, Daimler and Hyundai)Drive Link is available for free download in Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy , Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Ukraine and the United Kingdom. In the coming weeks will be released for other devices based on Android 4.0 +.
