The application of remote call , pre-loaded on the smartphone LG (from LG Optimus Black ), represents the first type of remote service offered directly by the manufacturer and allows users to identify problems of their smartphone without having to visit health care centers Thanks to remote control by an operator specializing LG.
To access the service, simply register by contacting the customer service from LG and to give his permission for access to the device via 3G or Wi-Fi network . LG FOTA is instead the new intelligent system that, through the application of the same name, provides the latest news on updates and software for the Android operating system.
