Nokia should  announce  at Mobile World Congress a new smartphone “cheap” based on operating system Windows Phone for Microsoft, theLumia 610 . The press conference will follow live from Barcelona , will be held Monday February 27.

In addition to this new smartphone, Nokia should also announce the new European verisone Lumia 900 , again based on the smartphone operating platform from Microsoft, announced at CES in Las Vegasearlier this year.
