LG Electronics plans to launch a new smartphone operating platform based on Microsoft Windows Phone . LG Miracle Rumor has it this device, code-named 'Miracle' ( aka Fantasy ) has a 4-inch NOVA technology, 1GHz single core processor , 8GB of internal memory, VGA front camera for video calling, 5 megapixel camera back , WiFi, Bluetooth, HSPA network support, and NFC.   The official announcement of this device should take place in late February during MWC 2012 .
