At CES 2012 being held in Las Vegas , the Corning presented the second generation of its glass Gorilla Glass. The Gorilla Glass 2 , at the same strength than its predecessor, offers a reduced thickness of about 20% which will result in the possibility, for the Producer that will take, to make even thinner devices. The new amalgam of glass also offers brighter images and greater sensitivity to touch. Among the companies using the current Gorilla Glass are Samsung, Nokia, Motorola, LG , HTC , Acer, Dell and Sonim . Source
